Cancellation Policy
Just Solve Nursery believes in helping its buyers
as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under
this policy:

Cancellations will be considered
only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the
cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been
communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of
shipping them.

There is no cancellation of
orders placed under the same day delivery category whose delivery is schedule
before 24 working hours of order placed date.
·
No cancellations are
entertained for those products that the Just Solve Nursery marketing team has
obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Father Day, Mother Day, Valentine’s
Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not
possible.
·
In case of receipt of damaged
or defective consumer durable items and nondurable items, please report the
same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained
once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This
should be reported within 24 Working hours of receipt of the products.
·
In case you feel that the
product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you
must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving
the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will
take an appropriate decision.
Returns and Refund Policy
Any return and refund will be Entertained
if and only if the team is informed with in 24 Working hours.
Orders delivered & accepted by the
customer cannot be refunded. In case you feel the order is not as per
specification, please contact our customer care team immediately in 24hrs.
Duplicate Orders
If you have placed two or more identical
orders by mistake, please let us know about it. We will give a full refund for
the duplicate order, provided that the order has not been prepared or
delivered.
If we find that the same order has been
made twice, we will try to contact the customer to confirm the order. If the
customer is not contactable, we will take the decision on your behalf and that
will be final.
Replacement Policy
Any
request for product exchanges or replacement will be possible under following
Circumstances only.
1.
In case the Wrong item is
delivered.
2.
In Case the delivery conditions
are miserable.
3.
In case the pot deliver is
broken( to be informed with in 24 Working hours of delivery along with
Supportive Physical evidence like Video or Photo).
Any such request
for product exchanges or replacement
under following Circumstances
will not be entertained.
1.Appropriate
Conditions are not set for Plant Survival.
2.Any plant
which is eaten up by any animal or is subjected to insect due to unfavorable
atmosphere or kept with plant which has insects after delivery will not be
replaced.
